A theme is emerging – drawing what I love and so I had to draw my other dog, Richie. Richie was found wandering on the other side of the country and by the magic of Facebook he came to my attention. When I discovered that he was still in the rescue center after three months I went to see him. He met Millie and they hit it off and so he came home with us. He is a worried little fella as the drawing probably shows but he is gaining in confidence each day. Sometimes I worry that I was not experienced enough to be the best person to help him but he is bonded for life with me now. His favourite thing is to get in under my jumper and plaster himself to my side. I swear my heart rate must slow to a crawl when he does this.
