Day one – I’ m becoming impatient because I had done a 30 day challenge and had a nice habit formed for drawing every day. Since then I haven’t done too much drawing. But as my left hand is improving I decided I would try 15 days of drawing with my left hand. I’m hoping that I should be able to use my right hand in 15 days time so we will let the left hand rule for now.
Today I went into the Natural History Museum in Dublin and found a perch for myself on one of the glass cabinets. I took potluck by blindly dipping into my case of coloured pencils and vowed to draw with what ever colour I pulled out. I found a specimen of one of my favourite insects, the dragonfly.
